Orders + Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. Occasionally, we run free shipping promotions, so keep an eye out.

Do you offer international shipping?

Not yet — we currently only ship within the United States, but international shipping is coming soon. We’re actively working on it.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

My package says “delivered” but I don’t have it — what should I do?

First, check around your delivery area and with neighbors. Sometimes carriers mark packages delivered a little early.
If it still hasn’t shown up after 24–48 hours, reach out to us and we’ll help you sort it out.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to help. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.


Returns + Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery.

Returns are only accepted for:

  • Damaged items

  • Incorrect items received

  • Sizing issues (exchange or store credit, based on availability)

We do not accept returns simply because you’ve changed your mind.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes — if you need a different size, please contact us and we’ll help you exchange it (as long as inventory is available).

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’ll make it right. If you received the wrong item or something arrived damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo so we can fix it quickly.


Sizing + Product Info

How do I know what size to order?

Each product page includes a size guide to help you choose the right fit. If you’re between sizes, we usually recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Do your shirts run true to size?

Yes — most of our items fit true to size with a modern, comfortable feel. Some items may fit slightly differently depending on the style, so always check the product description.

How should I wash my apparel?

To keep your gear looking fresh:

  • Wash cold

  • Turn inside out

  • Tumble dry low or hang dry

  • Avoid ironing directly on graphics

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards and other secure checkout options available at checkout.

Do you offer discounts or promo codes?

Brand + Drops

Will sold-out items restock?

Some designs are limited run, and some will return. If an item sells out, it may restock depending on demand — so grab it while it’s live.
